Notion template generator

Notion template generator: describe your work, get a custom workspace.

Instead of browsing templates, write a few sentences about how you work. Build my Notion's AI proposes a workspace plan: the databases, their properties, how they relate, which views to use and a few sample rows. You review it, adjust your description and generate again until it fits, then connect Notion and it builds the workspace in a new page. It's free during early access.

Describe your work

Free during early access. No card. Nothing touches your Notion until you connect it.

How it works

From a description to a Notion workspace.

  1. 01

    Describe your work

A few sentences in plain English, the way you'd explain it to a new teammate. What you track and how it connects.

  2. 02

    Review the plan

The AI proposes databases, properties, relations, views and sample rows. You see all of it before anything is created.

  3. 03

    Tweak and generate again

Not quite right? Change the description (add a database, drop one, rename things) and generate a new plan.

  4. 04

    Connect Notion and build

Sign in with Notion and choose which pages to share. Build my Notion creates a new page with your databases inside it.

Examples

Example plans generated by Build my Notion.

Real output from the generator for each description, trimmed to fit: up to four key properties per database. Your plan will differ, because it's built from what you write.

Questions

Is this Notion template generator free?

Yes. During early access, generating plans and building your workspace is free. We're testing interest in paid plans for more builds ($8/month or $19 one-time), but they aren't open yet and nothing can be bought. If you pick one, we only ask for your email to tell you when it opens.

What can it access in my Notion?

Only the pages you choose when you connect. Notion shows a page picker during sign-in. Build my Notion creates new pages and databases there and doesn't edit or delete what you already have. You can remove access at any time in Notion under Settings → Connections.

What exactly gets created?

A new page containing the databases from your plan, with their properties, the relations between them, a few sample rows and views such as tables, boards and calendars. The plan lists all of it before you build, so there are no surprises.

Does it work with the free Notion plan?

Yes. It uses the official Notion API, which is available on every Notion plan, including Free.

Can I edit the workspace after it's built?

Yes. It's made of regular Notion pages and databases in your workspace. Rename, add or delete properties, views and pages directly in Notion, like anything else you own.

How is this different from a Notion template?

A template is a fixed system someone else designed for their work. Here you describe yours and get a plan built around it, with your names, your databases and the links between them. You can regenerate the plan as many times as you like before building.

Do I need to know databases or formulas?

No. Describe your work in plain English. The plan explains what will be built, in words, before you build it.

Is Build my Notion made by Notion?

No. It's an independent tool built on the official Notion API. It is not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc. Notion is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc.
